Remodeled Restroom Facilities
Both Men's and Women's restrooms and showers have been remodeled. There is fresh paint, flooring, lighting, and water saving fixtures. Restrooms feature coded locks for your privacy and safety. You will find the facilities to be modern, clean, and bright.
Boat Ramp
Launch your boat at Sunset Point Marina! Our boat ramp is free for annual slip holders and only $10 for visitors. For your convenience, the fee is payable online using a QR code or honor box at the ramp. We have plenty of parking while you are enjoying your day on the water.
Dockside Pump Out
There is a fixed pump out station on "B dock", adjacent to the boat ramp. We feature a brand new Sanisailor pump out. There is a $5 fee for use of the pump out by visitors (free for slip holders).
Natural Beauty
Sunset Point Marina sits on nearly two and a half park-like acres on beautiful Robinson Creek. The entirety of Robinson creek is a no wake zone.

Dockside Utilities
Fresh water is available at each of our 28 slips. All water lines and hose bibbs are new in 2023! We have 30 amp electrical service at each slip, which is metered separately and secured through Dominion Energy.
WiFi
High speed internet service is provided at the clubhouse (password protected) free of charge to slip holders. We make every effort to provide a strong signal that is accessible throughout the property.
Captain's Lounge
The common room for slip holders has been recently renovated and features new flooring, artwork, and furnishings. It is a place to gather, relax in the air conditioning, and grab a complimentary cup of coffee or tea on the weekends.
